Your Energy Healing Session

Embarking on this form of Energy Healing is a pivotal step towards a transformative new beginning. This guide will outline what to anticipate from a session, preparation strategies to enhance your experience, and the sequence of events before, during, and after your session.

Prior to the Session

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BE HYDRATED BEFORE THE SESSION.

The most beneficial preparation involves reflecting on your desired outcome from the session/s. Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will complete an Intake Form. This form gathers details about your challenges or issues, their intensity, duration, and your optimal result from the session. Spend more time thinking about what you want to get out of the session, as focusing on the resolution rather than the issue itself will really help to shift the perspective positively. For example, envision feeling energized and vibrant upon waking instead of fixating on any sleep problems, or imagine a harmonious relationship filled with joy instead of dwelling on any conflicts. This form of visualisation not only supports the healing process but actively contributes to its effectiveness by embodying the sensations of the desired outcomes as if they have already happened.

During the Session

The session will commence with a brief discussion to talk about any issues you want to work on, this will ensure we are aligned with the right intention. A moment of silence follows. This allows me to connect with your subconscious and enables me to begin the conversation with your subconscious and begin the energy healing work.

There is minimal action required from you during the session. Ensure you have access to fresh water, as it aids in the muscle testing (applied kinesiology) that I will undertake on your behalf and deepens the energy’s impact and cleansing the body of toxins. Ensure that you are in a quiet, uninterrupted space so that you can give your full focus to the session. Maintain a connection with your envisioned outcome and its associated emotions will help the subconscious mind to resolve the specific imbalances that we will identify during the session.

After the Session

After you session, continue hydrating and incorporate any movement and grounding into your routine, whether through barefoot outdoor walks in nature, or using grounding products available online. Allowing time for relaxation and avoiding any immediate stressful engagements is advisable.

Some people might experience “processing symptoms,” ranging from mild physical discomfort, irritability, or sleep disturbances, as the body adjusts post-session. These are transient and can be alleviated with water, physical activity, and grounding.

Outcomes can vary post-session: improvements may solidify, enhance further, or occasionally regress. Regression is not alarming but indicates that deeper work is necessary for lasting balance and stabilisation. It signifies a responsive body, with further sessions likely needed to strengthen the improvements.

Using this protocol will help the healing journey within a positive, proactive context. It will also empower you to actively participate in your own transformation.
