These terms govern your use of the Zoe Bentley Healing website and the booking of sessions. By using this site or booking a session you agree to the following.
Nature of services
Sessions in Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, yoga therapy and holistic counselling are complementary wellbeing services. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical or mental-health concern.
Bookings, cancellations and payment
Session times are confirmed at the time of booking. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Fees are as listed on the pricing page and are payable as agreed at the time of booking.
No guarantee of outcomes
Every person responds differently. While many clients report meaningful shifts, no specific result is promised or guaranteed.
