Your subconscious beliefs shape everything — your relationships, your confidence, your health, and what you believe is possible for you. Belief Code finds the ones that are holding you back and releases them at the root.
Trained through Discover Healing — the system behind Dr Bradley Nelson's Belief Code work.
Most of us think of beliefs as opinions we consciously hold. But the beliefs that shape our lives most powerfully are the ones we're barely aware of — formed in childhood, inherited from family, or absorbed from painful experiences before we had the language to question them.
Beliefs like "I'm not enough," "I don't deserve to be loved," "Success isn't safe," or "My body isn't trustworthy" can run silently beneath the surface for decades — driving patterns of self-sabotage, anxiety, relationship difficulty, and blocked potential.
The Belief Code, developed by Dr Bradley Nelson, uses muscle testing to identify specific limiting belief systems and trace them back to their roots. Once identified, these beliefs are systematically released — and empowering new beliefs can be installed in their place.
Limiting beliefs cluster in six key areas of life. You may recognise yourself in more than one.
Deep-seated beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, and whether you are fundamentally loveable, capable, or worthy.
"I'm not enough." · "I don't deserve good things."Beliefs about trust, intimacy, and what love looks and feels like — often formed from early attachment experiences.
"Love isn't safe." · "People always leave."Subconscious limits around money, achievement, and what your success is allowed to look like.
"Success is dangerous." · "I have to struggle."Beliefs about your body's capacity to heal, your relationship with physical wellbeing, and what health is available to you.
"My body always lets me down." · "I'll always be sick."Beliefs about whether the world is safe, whether others can be trusted, and whether it's okay to let your guard down.
"I have to be on guard." · "I can't trust anyone."Beliefs inherited from parents, family systems, or cultural conditioning — often operating entirely outside conscious awareness.
"Life is hard." · "Women in our family don't speak up."We begin with an intention — an area of life, a pattern, or a feeling you want to shift. You don't need to know what the belief is; the session finds it.
Using the Belief Code system and muscle testing, Zoe identifies the specific belief, its category, and traces it back to its origin — which can be childhood, inherited, or a specific experience.
Once identified, the limiting belief is released using the same precise technique as Emotion Code — gentle and non-invasive, taking only seconds per belief.
After releasing, a new, empowering belief can be consciously chosen and installed in its place — giving the subconscious mind a new foundation to build from.
"Zoe felt she could help me when, four years after the death of my mother, my grief was still overwhelming me. She released several trapped emotions including shame, bitterness, confusion and helplessness. A number of health problems have now been completely resolved. I feel so lucky that Zoe was able to identify both health and emotional issues and enable me to find positive ways forward."
"I had been feeling very low and unmotivated for a while when I started seeing Zoe. She was so kind and compassionate and did some energetic balancing work alongside removing some negative emotions. Without a doubt I feel more positive, more energetic and keen to do things in my life that I had stopped wanting to do. I know that this energy work will now always be part of my life. Thank you Zoe."
"After years of feeling tired, unconfident and just 'not me', I was looking for something other than talking therapy that would start me on my journey towards accepting myself, and ultimately, feeling content with who I am. After the first session, I felt lighter and far more connected with my emotions and body than I had done for years. I felt a much lighter, more connected and stronger person for it."
How is Belief Code different from therapy or CBT?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy works primarily at the conscious level — helping you identify and challenge thought patterns. Belief Code works at the subconscious level, where the beliefs that drive behaviour actually live. You don't need to talk through every experience, analyse every thought, or consciously understand the belief for it to be released. Many clients find it complements therapy well — going deeper than analysis can reach.
Do I need to know what beliefs I hold?
No. That's one of the most valuable things about Belief Code — you don't need conscious awareness of the belief for it to be found and released. The session uses muscle testing to access the subconscious directly. Many clients are surprised by what comes up, precisely because these beliefs operate below conscious awareness.
Can limiting beliefs come back after being released?
A released belief, once gone, is gone. However, life experiences can create new limiting beliefs over time, and some belief systems have multiple layers that are addressed progressively. This is why many clients return for follow-up sessions — not because the work doesn't last, but because there's always more to uncover if you want to go deeper.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Some shifts are felt immediately — a lightness, a sense of spaciousness, or reduced emotional charge around a topic. Others unfold over days or weeks as the subconscious integrates the change. Belief change often shows up in behaviour first — noticing you respond differently to a situation that would previously have triggered you.
Is Belief Code related to Emotion Code and Body Code?
Yes — all three were developed by Dr Bradley Nelson through Discover Healing. They work on different layers: Emotion Code on trapped emotions, Body Code on the whole body system, and Belief Code on subconscious belief systems. They complement each other beautifully and many clients work with all three over time.
